Becoming Letters is a small independent art project. Each edition is prepared and packed by hand.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery at becomingletters.11@gmail.com and we will do our best to make things right.

Right of Withdrawal

If you are located within the European Union, you may have certain statutory consumer rights, including a right of withdrawal. These rights remain unaffected by this policy.

Due to the nature of our products, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed and dispatched.

Subscription orders may be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle. Any editions already prepared, processed, or shipped remain non-refundable.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Refunded items do not need to be returned.
